To request a payment holiday, please call our payments team on 020 8033 8713 at least 2 weeks before your desired holiday start date.

All payment holidays are subject to credit approval. To be eligible you must:

• Have zero arrears of any kind

• Have available payment holiday under your contract

All approved payment holidays will be subject to an admin fee of £25 per week’s holiday.

Please note that all payment holidays extend the Rent-To-Buy contract by the same amount – for example, if you use two weeks of payment holiday, your Rent-To-Buy contract will end 2 weeks after the original contract end date.

If you choose to flexi-terminate your Rent-To-Buy contract early, the unpaid weekly instalments from your payment holiday will become due and payable before the termination can be completed.

You must not drive the vehicle during the payment holiday period.
