Our Rent-To-Buy contracts are flexible, meaning after the minimum 3, 6 or 9 months you can give 4 weeks’ notice to terminate your contract and return your car.

The minimum term is 3 months for our standard vehicles and between 6-9 months for premium vehicles, depending on the model (refer to our specific vehicle pages for more information).

To terminate, you cannot have any outstanding payment arrears. There are also fees when terminating your contract, which include:

• A flat termination fee – the amount depends on how far into your contract you are and must be paid when your notice is given for the termination to be accepted.

• Repayment of all payment holiday instalments taken

• Fees related to maintenance of your car including damages beyond fair wear and tear. These are calculated using industry standard guidelines.

If you purchased Supaguard, any amounts remaining under the agreement become immediately due and payable if the agreement is terminated.

We will always explain any charges and discuss them with you before you return your car.
