Yes. Due to the significant amount of time and effort it takes to administrate the penalty charge notice including discussions with the councils and, where possible, transfer of liability, we charge a £15 administration fees for all PCNs.

If we are unable to transfer liability due to the council's refusal or otherwise, and we end up having to pay the PCN on your behalf, the PCN amount will be charged to the card you provided to us when you collected your vehicle (under our continuous payment authority) with an additional £10 processing fee.
