If you are based in London and your car is undrivable for more than a week, you may be eligible for a free replacement car while your car is being repaired. 

You can apply for one if: 

• Mechanical Issues 

  • Your vehicle has broken down or has a mechanical problem and will not be driveable for more than a week. 

  • Your vehicle is driveable but is "in repair" and the repairs will take more than a week. 

• Insurance Customers 

  • You are a WeFlex insurance customer and have had an accident, no courtesy car is provided through the insurance and your replacement car is approved by our insurance and credit teams. 

  • You have your own insurance, no courtesy car is provided through the insurance and your replacement car is approved by our insurance and credit teams. 

In order to be eligible for a replacement car you must:  

• not be considered an insurance high-risk (e.g. one or more fault accidents). 

• Meet our WeFlex Insurance Policy driver requirements at all times. 

• Have no arrears on your account and maintain an up-to-date account at all times whilst in the replacement car.
