If you have a non-fault accident with a third-party that has admitted liability, you should be provided with another replacement vehicle by the third-party's insurer. 

If you have a fault accident, any replacement vehicle will be subject to approval by our head of risk and insurance at their sole discretion. You must also continue to meet our insurance requirements and all other minimum requirements for a replacement vehicle. 

Please note: If you were originally provided with a replacement vehicle due to a fault accident, and you have another fault accident in your replacement vehicle, this could lead to a termination of both your replacement rental and your Rent-To-Buy contract and repossession of both vehicles.
