1. Introduction

1. The "Spot Flexi" campaign (the "Campaign") is run by WeFlex Limited ("WeFlex").

2. By entering the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions

2. Eligibility

1. The Campaign is only open to Private Hire Vehicle (PHV/PCO) drivers in the UK.

2. Participants must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid PCO license.

3. Employees of WeFlex and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

1. To enter, participants must submit a clear photo of the branded WeFlex 'Flexi' vehicle as part of the Campaign.

2. Only one entry per participant is permitted.

3. Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (GMT) on 10th March 2025.

4. Prize & Selection of Winner

1. If fewer than 10 eligible entries are received, no prize draw will take place.

2. If 10 or more eligible entries are received, one winner will be selected at random from all valid submissions.

3. The winner will receive £500 credit added to their WeFlex account.

4. The credit will be applied 4-5 weeks after the winner picks up their WeFlex vehicle.

5. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

5. General Terms

1. WeFlex reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any participant.

2. Any entries deemed inappropriate or incomplete will be disqualified.

3. WeFlex reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Campaign at any time without prior notice.

4. By participating, entrants agree to WeFlex using their submitted images for promotional purposes.
