This is an Unregulated Hire Purchase agreement under the Business Use Exemption. This agreement is to be entered into wholly or predominantly for the purposes of business. This agreement will not have the benefit of the protection and remedies available under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

The prices above are based on an agreement over the period of your contract. Once you have made all the payments due under this agreement you will own the vehicle. This agreement has an monthly mileage allowance of 3,333 (the “Maximum Monthly Mileage”) (annual mileage 40,000), excess miles will be charged at 20p/mile monthly, and these amounts will be refunded to you in the event you complete your contract and take ownership of the vehicle. You have Flexible Termination Rights under this contract where, subject to having zero payment arrears, you can cancel the agreement with 4 weeks notice at any time, termination fees apply (see below). Credit is subject to status. We will conduct a credit check and affordability assessment to ensure you meet our criteria. We reserve the right to refuse applications that do not meet our criteria. WeFlex is a responsible lender and so will ensure we make sure you can afford your payments with us prior to agreeing to give you a lease / finance agreement.
