Nicko Williamson

CEO and Co-Founder

Ex-CEO & Founder of Climatecars, an eco-friendly taxi service. Nicko launched Climatecars in 2007 aged 23 when he saw an opportunity to provide a green alternative to taxis. Climatecars was consistently profitable and Nicko sold the business to Addison Lee in 2015.

Neeraj Gahlawat

Head of Sales

Neeraj runs the sales side of WeFlex, helping our customers chose the right WeFlex product for them. Neeraj used to work at Citibank and Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank in Dubai.

Peter Minter

Chairman

Ex-CEO, Ex Chairman MoneyBarn Group. Successfully grew Moneybarn over 15 years & oversaw sale of the business to Provident Financial for £120m. Peter was also Chairman of the Motor Finance division of the FLA for 3 years & a member of the FCA smaller business practitioner panel for 5 years.

Leanne Jemirifo

Head of Customer Experience and Collections

With over 15 years of expertise in customer experience and operations, Leanne has successfully led teams in dynamic start-up environments in India, USA and UK.

Natasha Morrison

Chief Operating Officer

Natasha joined WeFlex in 2023 with over 4 years' experience as a COO from her previous role, in addition to more than 12 years prior to that as a lawyer at Shearman & Sterling and investment banker at HSBC, specialising in receivables finance.

Katya Graham

Stuart Baillie

Operations Director

Stuart brings over 10 years’ experience from Europcar where he held senior positions in Operations in the UK and Australia. He leads the operational side of WeFlex, focusing on scaling our business operationally in all markets.
