What are our flexible deals?
Rent To Buy Contract
This is an Unregulated Hire Purchase agreement under the Business Use Exemption. This agreement is to be entered into wholly or predominantly for the purposes of business. This agreement will not have the benefit of the protection and remedies available under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 or under the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
The prices above are based on an agreement over a period of 60 months with the option of a balloon payment at the end of the term to own the vehicle. Once you have made all the payments due under this agreement you will own the vehicle. This agreement has an annual mileage allowance of 40,000, excess miles will be charged at 20p/mile only in the event that you cancel this agreement. You have Flexible Termination Rights under this contract where you can cancel the agreement with 4 weeks notice after the first 6 months, termination fees apply from £99-£199. Credit is subject to status. We will conduct a credit check and affordability assessment to ensure you meet our criteria. We reserve the right to refuse applications that do not meet our criteria. WeFlex is a responsible lender and so will ensure we make sure you can afford your payments with us prior to agreeing to give you a lease / finance agreement. Prices correct at time of going to press but subject to change. Availability of vehicles may vary.
Termination Fees
You have Flexible Termination Rights under this contract where you can cancel from 6 months after the agreement starts with 4 weeks notice. Termination fees are as follows:
